Thanks to the development of rental properties and other developments such as Clarence Dock, the city has become an expanse of high quality services and vibrant culture which has resulted in a vibrant community. This community is constantly becoming stronger and more stable, as more and more services such as doctors and dentists, as well as grocers and food markets, make the city centre their home.

Flats in Leeds are abundant, especially along the edge of the river Aire that runs through Leeds. With several university and education institutions within the city, many of the apartments in Leeds are aimed towards students and Young professionals. Leeds is largely considered one of the best cities for young people due to its night life, public transport, free libraries, and markets.
